Check-in online: it's quick, easy and convenient!

It is now very easy to Check-in from the comfort of your home or from anywhere you want, without having to interrupt your daily activities. Check availability of seats and choose which one you like the most at any time of the day, from Monday to Sunday.

To access this service please take into account:

• You must have an e-ticket.
• You must Check-in between 24 hours before your flight and up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure
• The passenger must be an adult. If they are a minor they must travel with an adult companion.
• The ticket must not have charges pending (reservation changes, taxes and fees).
• Only applies to flights operated by TACA.

Please take into account:

• If your flight departs from San Salvador, San Jose C.R. and Lima airports, and you have luggage to take in the hold, locate the special service counter where you can register your bags.
• If your flight leaves from another airport please inform one of our Team that you have already completed Check-in online and they will tell you which counter to go to.
• Avoid problems during boarding: Please print your boarding pass, make sure the barcode is readable and trim excess paper.
• From Bogota (only) the service is available to all international destinations (except destinations in Europe).

Please note: you cannot take the following dangerous items in your carry-on baggage:

• Blades
• Knives
• Nail clipper
• Blunt objects

Substances that are flammable, toxic, explosive or corrosive are also prohibited, such as:

• Gasoline
• Alcohol
• Insecticides
• Fireworks

If you are traveling with any of these items, go to one of our counters at the airport so our staff can indicate the procedure to follow.

Self defense objects such as knives, scissors, machetes, blades or knives, disabling/stun devices, among others; that due to their form or

content pose a threat to the integrity and safety of the flight, can only be transported in the aircraft cargo hold

Read our policy about prohibited baggage and consult the list of other items considered dangerous goods.

Please be aware that you cannot use our service if:

• You are transporting pets.
• You need Special Services.
