Disabled passengers are defined as those who may require special assistance during their flight or while boarding or debarking due to a physical or mental condition. In most cases a medical certificate is required documenting the passenger's fitness for air travel and releasing the airline from liability with regard to the passenger's health.

TACA reserves the right to refuse to board any passenger who for any reason might endanger the safety of other passengers or their belongings or the safety of the crew or aircraft.

To properly serve our passengers with disabilities

If you have a disability and require special assistance (for transportation within the airport and aircraft or for boarding) we request you to arrive at the airport one hour before the recommended arrival time for your flight.
